El hecho es que vas a necesitar un curr\u00edculum diferente para cada industria o tipo de trabajo que solicites.<\/p>\n

Y eso es com\u00fan. Mucha gente se encuentra buscando trabajo en muchas industrias. Sobre todo en los puntos de transici\u00f3n de tu carrera.<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, cuando empiezas, no tienes mucho que poner en tu curr\u00edculum. Educaci\u00f3n, aficiones, intereses. Eso podr\u00eda ser todo.<\/p>\n

Ahora, si eres como la mayor\u00eda de las personas, podr\u00edas usar eso para conseguir un trabajo de nivel inicial en un lugar de comida r\u00e1pida o minorista. Y eso es genial, est\u00e1s ganando dinero y acumulando experiencia laboral.<\/p>\n

Pero es posible que no veas ese trabajo como algo a largo plazo. Podrias buscar como entrar en alguna otra industria o l\u00ednea de trabajo, o podr\u00edas hacer educaci\u00f3n adicional en un colegio t\u00e9cnico o Universidad.<\/p>\n

Pero cuando terminas de estudiar o formarte y quieres conseguir un trabajo en una nueva industria, es cuando necesitas un nuevo curr\u00edculum, \u00a1sin necesidad de deshacerte del anterior!<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, digamos que has estado trabajando en un lugar de comida r\u00e1pida durante algunos a\u00f1os, pero recientemente te has mudado de casa, por lo que est\u00e1s solicitando trabajar en un caf\u00e9 m\u00e1s cercano a casa. Es posible que ni siquiera quieras estar liderando con tu experiencia laboral, mas bien, es posible que quieras liderar con tu educaci\u00f3n y tal vez usar la experiencia de comida r\u00e1pida para demostrar que eres diligente, un gran comunicador y que tienes una buena \u00e9tica de trabajo.<\/p>\n

Pero el punto es, que tengas dos curr\u00edculos diferentes que est\u00e1s usando al mismo tiempo para postularte a diferentes tipos de trabajos.<\/p>\n

Y honestamente, si estuvieras solicitando trabajos en m\u00e1s industrias, tendr\u00edas m\u00e1s curr\u00edculos. Porque cada uno necesita contar una historia clara, convincente y relevante sobre ti, espec\u00edfica para ese trabajo.<\/p>\n
